What is included
  • Guided heat, breath and movement
  • The SAWO sauna at 91–94 °C
  • A theme for the night — past ones include breathwork and the Aufguss heat ceremony
Before you come

  • What to bring

    Swimwear, a towel and water.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early

    The doors close when the session starts, and we cannot let latecomers in.

  • Your health

    If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, check with your doctor before you book.

  • Your ticket

    You do not need an account. After you pay you get a pass with an 8-character code. If your phone dies, give the desk your name or the code.

  • Refunds

    All sales are final. We refund a ticket only if we cancel the night, or for force majeure. A missed session is not refunded.

One ticket per person per night — each guest books under their own email. Questions? Ask the front desk.
